I know that dealing with these types of issues can be frustrating. I understand that you've previously purchased some DLC content for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 and are not able to use it. There should not be any restriction for DLC's based on owning the Gold
edition or not. That being said there may be region locked content that is not available in all regions. You can try
