Dragon Age Tile wont leave home screen - No longer installed, don't own it, and its not pinned, how can i make it go away?

It takes up my large rectangular tile on my home screen no matter what I do... this tile wont go away.... I played it and beat it but its still there.... every time.

I literally have no remnants of the game on my console, and its not pinned...

help?

Dragon Age Inquisition always goes to the big box on home screen

No matter what I do the big box on the home screen will always go to Dragon Age Inquisition not my last game played I have tried uninstalling the game and then it just shows a black box with the dragon age logo does anyone know how to fix this?

 

How to remove tile from Home screen ?

I installed Netflix and later uninstalled it. But netflix tile is still is the home screen in a black tile. I installed and uninstalled again. But the black tile with netflix in it is still displayed in home screen. How to get rid of it ?

 

Can you try the following steps to see if they work?

1. Go to Settings

2. Go to Disc & Blu Ray

3. Click on Clear Persistent Storage 3 times

4. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down

5. Unplug everything from the console and let it sit for 5 minutes

 

I just tried this... did not work... still seeing it.

 

Unfortunate. The only other way I know if to get rid of that would be to revert the console to Factory Settings. If you decide to do this be sure that you've moved all your downloaded games to an external hard drive (USB 3.0 ranging in size from 256 GB
- 16TB)

 

Yeah thats way more trouble than its worth

 

I did a factory reset... it still shows up as a tile... its linked to my gamertag somehow... it is not pinned..., its on my front screen and sometimes in the larger rectangle.... Will not go away. I do not own the game or any dlc.
