Dragon Age: Origins DLC's Not Working

So, I finished playing Dragon Age: Origins and figured I would give the DLC's a try. The Stone Prisoner was free with Microsoft Points and I paid for "Awakenings" and "Warden's Keep." I've followed the instructions given in "downloadable content" and none
of them work. In fact, I started a new character to see if I could access any of the DLC's that way but none of them work. I am connected to XBox Live, they all show as downloaded, can someone tell me why I can't play them? Is XBox selling something that
doesn't work and simply keeping the money? Is this the way it works for other DLC's for other games?

That game you just can't delete?

If there's anything on my hard-drive I can't delete, it's the dlc's for Oblivion, Fallout 3, Borderlands and Dragon Age: Origins.

They're... sacred.

The Xbox One has a very strong line-up coming out soon. I'm not sure if you've played Dragon Age Origins (I tried Dragon Age 2, but I lost interest in it quickly because it felt more like a " side story " rather than a sequel to Dragon Age Origins), but
it seems to me that Dragon Age 3 will be more like Dragon Age Origins rather than Dragon Age 2.
