    I bought Dragon age Inquisition But I was in the preview program then i opted out and when my xbox one downgraded me it now says that I have to buy the game again. Can anyone help me because i don't wanna lose $19.99

    To clarify, were you in the preview program and testing the new dashboard?

    If so, in this case since you were apart of the new preview program. You will need to get in touch with our phone team and have the transactions refunded. After you get those games refunded you will be able to make the purchase again and shouldn't have any
