Dragon Age Inquisition in 900p

The game was built for the next generation
of consoles, that seems clear to me. That those consoles weren't completed at that point doesn't make it any less true. After all do you think Microsoft wasn't working on the One four years ago.

Don't need to see videos of it when I can play the game on my own console. Everything I described before comes from my own experience with the game and
not what I've seen on YouTube.

8k is available to the general public right now. Though the price is rather high.

The thing is that the One could display at 8k without a problem. It's displaying at 8k and then being able to run the game at playable frames per second which would be the problem. This is true of the One or PC.

I am actually in agreement with Mr. Spencer -- I believe that frame rate is more important than resolution. Wasn't Ryse something like 900P and that game is friggin' gorgeous.

 

@Vaynel lol so you said you "think" the 360 will have problems...yet you are playing it and haven't stated if it does or not.

I have quite clearly stated my issues with Inquisition are from playing the game.

He's a first rate tool. lol Did you see his NFS review of... I think it was Rivals? On PC. The game was locked to 30 FPS... so, that's how it was intended to be played. But that monotone spacker went and configged the FPS up to 60 FPS and spent his entire
review complaining about how unplayable the game was, and how we're in the 21st century so it should run at 60 FPS.

He broke the game by effectively doubling its speed - then reviewed it broken. The... frickin'... dipstick.

He'll bang on like, "Woah, big drop to 20FPS there for a second, that was was bad." But, idiot, you only know it dropped because you have a FPS counter onscreen, it dropped for a nano-second, and the only thing that interrupted your gameplay was your obsession
with that frickin' number outside of the game. It's like a meta-game for these shatwads, watching that frickin' counter.

On consoles its even worse because the majority wouldn't know or care, and deffo wouldn't notice WTH, but they obsess after being told about it beforehand. This runs at X and X... now go cry to your mom about it. lmao {XD

 

OP, If xbox one could handle the game at 1080p and good frame rate they would have done it. it just can't

 

Yeah this whole nonsense about resolution is odd to me. Most people wont notice the different anyways, just play the game, and have fun.

 

I've heard Mass Effect may get the makeover for the new gens. Will DA get the same treatment, or do you think thats why they created 'The Keep' tool so that the earlier games could be left alone?

 

^^ They created "The Keep" for those of us that have already played DA 1 & 2, so that we could have our decisions carry over. I doubt they'll remake the game(s) for current gen, mainly due to DA 2's iffy relationship with fans.
