Dr Who Series 12 Tom Baker incorrect content

I purchased this series with 63 items of content.

The main content seems OK so far but the additional content is messed up in at least 3 areas found so far....that is when the service will stream and not fail with 0x000005b4 error.

105 should be "Robot 8mm Film" but is a copy of 126 "The Tom Baker Years Volume 1"

106 should be a "Robot Alternative Title Sequence" but is a copy of 127 "The Tom Baker Years Volume 2"

108 Coming Soon the Ark in Space (1 Min) seems to play a completely different piece of content about filming on Dartmoor (2.5min)

I spent over an hour on the web and on the phone being passed around 3 times then finally put on hold and played an announcement saying we are now closed and cutting me off.

Please fix this content and streaming errors or refund my £35

You, Microsoft, in association with BBC have published this.

I can already see and have reported the content does not match the description as sold.

As I purchased from you, you are the retailer who needs to fix the issue with the supplier (BBC?) if you have received a faulty upload from them.

It is not for me to contact the BBC for replacement original content to be placed on your server, this is your job B2B.

check the content you were supposed to receive and if it is indeed incorrect then I would suggest going to the Publisher or Distributor to see why the content is incorrect. If they are unable to assist you and you still would like a Refund, then as the Ambassador

you might want to try the series now as Moffat's taken over and its far better written than T-Davis.

T-Davis Dr who plotline in a nut shell.

Aliens arrive / doctor goes to alien /Doctor finds aliens have been here for a while.

The aliens plan to rule the earth / take over by [insert your choice of macguffin here]

Dr tries to reason with alien

They refuse

Doctor uses anti macguffin device on the aliens.
