    Can you check the following:

    Dr Rewards:

    I bought on january 12th , firewatch (game) and interstellar (movie) witch both are on the list for the dr rewards 'think like him'

    Ive not yet received any credits for that

    i also completed the 'dress as he dresses ' reward on the 12th . For this i did receive my credits yet. That is ok.

    But for firewatch i have completed 8 in game achievements but the ' do what he does ' reward is stil locked. And the final reward for completing all is also stil locked

    Movies / film rewards:





    I ve bought dunkirk and rogue one and have unlocked the first reward. the amount of those two movies exceed the goal also for the 'filmmarathon' reward but thats not unlocked yet only for half of it.

    Missing Completion Tiers

    I completed 2 challenges in the Microsoft Films and TV Mission and all tiers in Being Dr Rewards. As of right now that's not reflected in my pending credits and it has been over 96 hours

    Rewards not coming through

    I have a few pending rewards that have not come through at all though I have completed the task's. My last reward was said to be glitched/not working in some way so could you please look over all my offers and missions.

    I have completed:

    Microsoft Films and TV-Triple Feature

    Freedom Rewards-Free Pass

    After investigating your account, we determined that there was an issue with your Interstellar purchase due to your region that was causing it to be tracked incorrectly. This caused you to not complete the purchase part of the offer. Since that part of the
    offer was not completing, you could not earn progress on the achievement part of the offer (and therefore the bonus as well). We have fixed this issue, and you should see the purchase part complete shortly, with the remaining parts of the offer completing
    as our system processes each step as completed.

    Regarding your movies, there was an issue earlier this month correctly tracking some movies that we have now resolved. We have confirmed this fix successfully credited your account, and they are now

    Quick question, is the films app it’s self not working or is the movie not loading up on the films app. I mean the end result is the same that you can’t watch the movie, but if it’s the app crashing, I would re-download the app again and see what happens

    also this is what it says on the information part of the rewards :-
