Downoaded games error.

Thanks for coming to the forums regarding the current service outage. In regard to our Xbox Live Service status, whenever there is an outage, you may check for it at https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status
and click on the green NOTIFY ME button in order to enter your mobile number so that you'll receive a one-time only text when the service alert concludes.

Insofar as any compensation, according to the
Microsoft Service Agreement, section 6b:

We strive to keep the Services up and running; however, all online services suffer occasional disruptions and outages, and Microsoft is not liable for any disruption or loss you may suffer as a result.

Which means that there would be no compensation in relation to any outage or disruption of service. That being said, we are definitely working on the issues and getting them cleared up as quickly as we can and understand how frustrating
it is when you're unable to play and appreciate your patience.

If you do check the service status page and see that the gaming services are clear, I
recommend that you perform a physical power cycle of your console, try to launch your games again and please let us know the results
as we'd be glad to help you out.

Since yesterday the Xbox Live Services is with some outage, the Microsoft Team it is working for normalize that services soon, Try follow the status in Xbox Status

If you have some specific insues and want some refund, go in Refund Request

I will delete it and re-downoad it,we'll see..

then if you got your product key you can downoad it.

ps. I have been able to downoad alllll of the other free with gold games...asssasins creed,,,halo fable etc.... with no problem
