Downloads Fifa 14 up to 80% and says "can't download" afterward

I payed for fifa 14 at the xbox marketplace on my pc while is was 40% off. However i cannot seem to download it, i just don't know what to do... I can't just waste $35.00

FIFA 14 is broken

My fifa 14 is refusing to load. It is a day one digital download. After a while it puts me straight into the "el classico" match which was available to play while it installed. After quitting out of that the game refuses to load. After 10 minutes or so
it says "failed to save personal settings 1" If i click continue without saving afterwards a message appears saying "You need to activate a lead FIFA 14 profile to be able to save or load your content. Please go to the FIFA 14 profile screen to activate a
lead fifa 14 profile. There is only one profile on my xbox one and i am signed in. If i do this the problem still persists

The exact same thing is happening to me, i bought fifa 14 and every time i try to download it, it says "can't download fifa 14" It deleted all my consisting fifa 14 files, and i have tryed to change harddrive, nothing seems to work.

Does your account region match your physical location? That's usually a sign that it's a region issue.

 

I don't I used my PC to purchase it... How do I fix it?

 

Your account region has to match your physical location in order to download the game. So if you need to know what region your account is, try checking account.live.com If it's not the same as where you live, that's the problem.
