Downloads disappear from queue After shut down the console

After the last update from Microsoft everytime i shut down my console the downloads keeps dissapearing,very annoying,hard reset doesn't do ****,and the pausing of the downloads doesn't work either,they all vanish

The only way is when the downloads start you put them in a group to know what you were downloading so you have to search or insert the disc again,before the update there was no problem at all.

For a collector like me with 500 games on 12 tb its not an issue for disk space obviously.

So Microsoft keep your firmware updated as it should,luckily i have a PS4 as well and i have no issues there!

Yeah you should check the recent download section as Njal mentioned. If the issue persists you may want to try a factory reset keeping games and apps.

To factory reset keeping games and apps. Go to settings, All settings, System, Console info, Reset keeping games and app.

Are you in the preview/insider program. If so you should report that to the group.

If you have it set to keep console, games and apps up to date and are set to instant on, thhey will disapear, as they have downloaded in the background.
