Downloading Xbox Games Pass Games on Different Device

I think you are looking for guidance on how to download the bits for these games on a machine with a fast network connect and then install those bits from an external drive on another machine that has a slower connection. On Xbox the "install to external
drive" and then plug-in the drive does exactly what you want, but we don't currently support this for Xbox Game Pass on PC. This is something we are considering for a future release, but isn't something we can give a date on at this time.

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with downloading Game Pass games on a different device. Are you able to see the files in the external hard drive?
