    Downloading xbox 360 order history.


    I need help downloading my entire game collection to an external hard drive. I have about 2000 items in my order history and whenever I get about 300 items in. The order history crashes amd never gives me a chance to download all my history.

    I'm worried the xbox 360 servers will be closing in the next couple years and I feel like there should be a download all option to download your entire libary to an external drive. I've had 3 or 4 xbox 360 and my purchass and licences are on different consoles.
    I've done the liscense transfer and I'm now required to re download the games, dlc items etc from other consoles. Is there a way microsoft can manually put all my licenses on one console without the need to re download or give us an option to download all
    are oder history. Thank you whoever answer and helps me with this problem.

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Are you trying to install this game to an Xbox 360, or an Xbox one? Can you confirm that you purchased this game on your account when checking your order history here :

    Order history

    For Xbox 360, you would have to
    check your download history

    For Xbox one, it would be in your Ready to install section in my games and apps.

    Make sure you are logged in with the account that was used to order the games. Then check your download history on the Xbox 360 by going to settings - account - download history. If they are listed there. Then select one, and start the download.

    Purchased DLC on Xbox 360 is not showing up as purchased on my console.

    If you're on Xbox 360, check your download history by going to settings - account - download history to see if it is there, and check on account.microsoft.com and select payment and billing - order history, to see if the order has gone through. If it shows as gone through, make sure you are signed in with the account that was used to purchase it, and try downloading the DLC again.

    Purchased Battlefield HARDLINE Premium Addon for $0.00 and I don't see it in Purchase History...

    It doesn't look there is any proof for games that you did not actually pay for other than the actual key. On Xbox 360 you can view your download history (live.xbox.com/.../history)
    ,but on Xbox One the only way is through the "My games & apps" & your order history (account.microsoft.com/.../orders). That looks like the only options.
