Downloading Update 4480%

Im trying a lot of days to download the update of The Elder Scrolls Online, now the xbox says "4480%", but the game dont open... It happens past with que same game...

hi there ,

I would like to know , why does it take so long to download- update

on xbox one ?

yesterday it took over 4 hours to update world of tanks on xbox one ,

and this is not just the first time , you say change the bandwidth to at least 1.5

mb/s there aint no 1.5 . it goes drom 1 to 31 and i have tried many as up to

15mb/s and it has not gone faster , so what do i do now ?

for the near future ?

Xbox Live Connection Error

I have had problems connecting to Xbox Live recently receiving Error Status Report:

W: 0000-0021

X: 4480-7001

Y:0000-0000

Z:0000-0000

ID:FFFF-FFFF

L:8015-1901

Q:8007-0435

I have tried all the trouble shooting, xbox live has to offer to no avail. I have a hunch it could be the internet provider, Telekom. Please help. Thank You

Yes. The same things is happening to me. And it's happening with other games like Forza 6, Neverwinter, Fifa 16, and Halo TMCC, for example. I hate this bug. I have two xbox-one and i play since 2009 (on xbox 360) and this is the most boring bug ever. You
need to reinstall the game that have the problem. And there's no way to prevent it happening again. I already reinstall 4 games twice. It's ridiculous!!! Because of this i'm planning to have a pc gamer and don't have a console anymore. And i'm serious!

I have the same problem. Apparently Microsoft/Capcom forgot to upload the DLC file to their servers therefore we cannot download it.

Xbox Staff is working to fix the problem though:

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums! Since everything works just perfect with the headset, then it lust be just a glitch. In this case we'd recommend trying to reset your device and see if the issue persists.
