Downloading Ready To Install Games/Apps...

I had a few games and apps in the ready to install list and now all of a sudden they aren't appearing, I don't know if this is an issue over on Xbox's end or if its just some issue that only I'm experiencing.. If anyone else is having this issue please let
me know how you fixed it.. Thanks

Xbox One Backwards Compatibility

Make sure you're downloading it from the ready to install section of your games and apps and not the store.

Cant redownload Black Ops 3

The game should show in your Ready to Install section of your games and apps. Try downloading it there instead of the store.

Ok, if the game is not installed then go to My Games and Apps then Ready to Install to download the base game.

If you go into the my games and apps tab on the console and go to ready to install can you see the games there ready to download?

You must have games and apps ready to download in order for them to appear under the ready to install tab. This can be done by remotely downloading from the mobile app or purchasing games from the Microsoft website.
