Discus and support Downloading just sits there in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Premium user for almost a year. Xbox connection.     Premium user for almost a year. Xbox connection. Daily Challenge, For 3 days it only says downloading but just sits there. I haven't been able to play anything. Win 11 laptop.

    I'm having trouble finding how to reset. I'm using Win11 and it's up to date as of 2 hours ago. PC settings I know - then I get Apps > Default apps. Then I have Xbox, Xbox Console Companion, Game Bar, Game speech window, game UI, Live. I don't know where to go from here. :-(

    Hi Marcycn!

    What exactly is the game you’re having an issue with?

    Is that a game update?

    For our basic troubleshooting steps, simply restart your PC and check if it will start downloading.

    You may also turn on airplane mode and wait for few seconds before turning it off and reconnect to your network.

    Don’t forget to check for Windows updates and get all available updates from the Microsoft Store.
