Downloading issues?

I have been trying to get ESO to install and download for a bit. I screwed up and accidentally uninstalled the entire thing by canceling a download. Since then I have been downloading the 58GB patch. I am now sitting on 16.03/57.64GB and it's not downloading
at all. I noticed that some services are down, could this be affecting them?

Downloading after Downloading

That is a problem that happens when you try to download GTA V game and the online game packs at the same time. To solve this you should delete the game and clear you console cache three times:

support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

Download only the main game of GTA V and play the game normally for a while. After you can download the game packs.

Downloading after Downloading

I bought GTA yesterday and after waiting all night for it to download last night.....which it did finally do.....when I go to play it starts up as though the game is going to play and then down in the bottom right hand corner it says downloading again. This
goes on forever with the GTA music playing and with tips on how to do things with the controller. But it does not advance past this screen. I do once in a while get an message up top saying "download stopped for game pack".

Can anyone help to get me past this?

As of right now, since I can't edit the post, it seems to be downloading once again. My net was up and functional that entire time. I have no idea what happened.

Yes it is, my account says UK, Id never have a reason to change that. My card info also has UK section too. Think about it, it went through by doing the payment on my phone but not anywhere else? Something is clearly up

Not one of those suggestions worked and I cant delete my card from xbox because its connected to my automatically updated 3 month xbox live renewal... The big joke is I stopped the automatic update but still cant remove the payment option, which means I
cant actually make any change to find out what the issue is.

Think I'll block all microsoft payments through my account if this cant be solved cos I've spent hours trying to simply disconnect my card from xbox but been blocked from doing so at every attempt.

Why is it so hard just to remove my own information?

Update:

The download seems to have removed itself from my Active Download list. I now have a Unidentified Download error in my systems storage.

Try clearing your system cache and re-downloading them.

Go to 'System' via the dashboard > System Settings > Storage > Press Y > Select 'Yes'.

I had similar problems with downloadable content, and this method resolved it.
