Downloading issue

    I can not download theAge of Empires. I just get a copy of the licence string and nowhere to past it.

    Episode 2 Season Pass problems

    A friend of mine had this issue too but was eventually able to download it fine... I had no issue since I have it on Steam lol.

    wait... are you downloading or installing? downloading could be more of an issue with your internet, as opposed to the drive.

    Hello Micke,

    Where is the installation being done, i.e. from the Microsoft Store or from a different location?

    As most items being downloaded from the Microsoft site should download automatically to the PC, it is odd to hear that the game is not automatically being applied.

    Are there any errors when attempting to complete this by any chance?

    Provide us with these clarifications and get back to us with the results.

    Hi again,

    The downloading is to be from the Microsoft store (bought from a retailer) but i only get the licence string as a copy when i use the the link for downloading. And after that i do not know what to do...?

    Hey Micke!

    Thanks for keeping us in the loop, Try
    redeeming the code on the Xbox website     just make absolutely sure the correct account is signed in. Once its redeemed it can be downloaded to the app since the account would recognize the license. Give it a shot and keep us up to date on the issue!
