Downloading is bugged on xbox app

I am trying to download a game and its bugged at %0. I cant stop nor cancel the download. Please help me. Thanks in advance.

i had this, close the xbox app and start the download from the windows store, it then downloads ok, think its a bug with the xbox app.

Sorry to hear about your issue with the Xbox app.Let's try some steps that might help. Kindly check if you have any pending updates using this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo... or select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, and then select Check for updates.

If there's nothing pending, kindly right-click the Start button on your taskbar, and then select Windows Terminal (Admin). In the Administrator,: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage

try to download the xbox app and then redeem the code within there because the store sometimes has bugs, i hope this helped.
