Downloading Historical Family Activity Reports

Hello, I've been getting a weekly activity report of my son's gametime on his Xbox but have found need to look back at an entire year of his gametime. Can we download all the family stats for a given timeframe somewhere or are we limited to looking at
the last two weeks of activity and keeping the weekly emails? Thank you.

Thanks for coming to the forums. Unfortunately, there is no way of getting the past weeks. You can view the last two weeks to compare them. If you need anything further don't hesitate to ask.

How far bac are you trying to go?? Currently when I looked at mine it does give a drop down option to check previous.

The email is only linked to his XBox and the family laptop. I had the same concern about the Disney+ app. Does this raise the concern of a hacked account?

Hello Paul,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on a couple free apps. Is your email tied to any other account then your sons? The smartglass is for a phone. One that has me worried is Disney+ as it is a free trial and after it you
will be billed. So the account doing this most likely has a credit/debit card or other form of payment. Also just tested free app on my account and do not see them on my order history so they most likely do not show due to they are free.
