    So I've had a microsoft account for years, as well as made an xbox gametag years ago when I had access to an xbox. Recently I got the game pass for pc and found a game I wanted to play. When I went to download it It said that it was above my restrictions
    and I couldn't download it. The game is rated T which shouldn't be a problem for me. I've double checked I put my birthday in right, looked through all the settings, and it keeps telling me to create a family group but I'm the only person using this. Where
    do I go to fix this issue?

    Hi mate,

    Unfortunately there is not such way. If you purchased digital version of the game on Xbox platform you need to download it on Xbox.

    Other way is to buy physical copy of the game.

    That's the options.

    I paid for Xbox game pass for the pc but didn't get it.

    download the xbox app and sign in with your account that has gamepass pc, then download the games from gamepass pc.

    Not all of them will work on the PC. If they are Play Anywhere they can be downloaded on both or if they are also part of Game Pass for PC (which is included with Ultimate), they can be downloaded on the PC.

    In order to download PC games from the new Xbox Game pass for PC, you'll need to first download the Xbox Console Companion app (Beta) and then download the Xbox Game Pass PC app (Beta) from this website,

    Xbox Game Pass for PC    . Then, you need to make sure you have Windows version 1903.

    Do you have all of these requirements? Where are you trying to download the game? Can you download other games from the Xbox Game Pass for PC?
