    Hello i have a friend who is finding a way to install games without pay. Specifically doom eternal and cod modern warfare both new games they dont have the game pass (not ultimate and ultimate)either and are still playing both full games where can i report
    them

    You most likely find his Xbox's abilities will be cut off sooner or later. I don't think there's anyway really to get around it.

    All game downloads have a license attach to them. Once Xbox picks up a game being played without that, they will take actions and most likely ban the account.
