    Downloading from the microsoft store/Xbox app


    Hi. I've tried downloading several games from the microsoft store/xbox app, but all of the games stop downloading after a few hundred mb. I don't get any error codes it just says "dowloading". My connection is fine, I am signed in and I have enough
    storage space.

    Cancel the download from Xbox app and start it again from Microsoft store app

    *The Xbox app can be found at the Microsoft store.

    Download xbox app on your pc from the microsoft store then on microsoft store click 3 dots "downloads and updates" and you should be able to do so.

    Make sure simulator app is not running

    Have you tried just downloading the game from the Microsoft store app? Even from the Xbox app it is gonna take you to the store.

    I am indeed talking about the Xbox Installer for the Xbox app for Windows.

    He didn't try to download is from the Microsoft Store, he downloaded it from the web. I'll tell him to try downloading it from the Microsoft store.
