Downloading FNAF SB on pc/windows 11

Hi,

First, forgive any mistakes. english is not my first language.

I downloaded and payed voor FNAF SB through the xbox website. When i want to download it it says i already have it??? I did not download it yet, can't find it on the pc. Already restarted the pc. Don't know what i am doing wrong. I am NOT a computer expert. Just a mom wanting to suprise her son with this game.

If you installed it from the website, that is for the console, not PC.

You would want to use the Microsoft Store app on PC for PC games. That game doesn't appear to be available through Microsoft for the PC. You can request a refund and then purchase it from Steam or somewhere that does carry it for PC. https://support.xbox.com/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders

Damn, really? I used pc in my search. Do not have a xbox seperate. Only on pc

When I said I downloaded "11", I meant WINDOWS 11. When I played XBOX games for PC, I entered through Window"s pathway from boxes on Window"s entry system. I never downloaded an app. Solitaire, majhong, and jigsaw puzzle were part of Microsoft Games offered for PC. Paid for through Microsoft games., $9.99 monthly.
