    Downloading error on Xbox Game pass app


    Today I tried downloading a game from the Xbox game pass application Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe Edition. It stopped downloading and then it showed me an error code "0xa3ea00ca" If anyone knows how to fix this error please answer/reply to this question. Thank You.

    Hi Darhyl,

    Tried all this and nothing changed, still not working.

    Also tried installing a different game through Xbox app and as soon as install starts it comes up with Error code: 0x86e00196

    This happens with any new game I try to download from Game Pass, but i do own a few games outright on the Xbox App and these start downloading just fine. So just issue with Game Pass games.

    I have Game Pass Ultimate and I am signed into everything (Xbox App, Microsoft Store, Windows Pc account) using the same microsoft account. Running windows 10.

    Game Pass on both platforms.

    If you have bought Game Pass Ultimate, then it includes Games Pass for Xbox, Game Pass for PC, EA Play for Xbox, Cloud Gaming on android & Xbox Live Gold. So yes, you can use it on your PC.

    It's simple to use, download the Xbox app on your PC, log in with the account that has Game Pass Ultimate, and then download a game from the app, once downloaded, start the game.
