Downloading Compatibility Patch Instead of DLC

So I have an issue right here that I'm trying to resolve. Just today, I purchased The Crown of the Sunken King DLC for Dark Souls 2 on XBox 360. My problem is that it's only downloading the compatibility patch! The download goes through saying that
it's the dlc and all that, but once it's finished and I check in the data files it had just downloaded a file called compatibility and I am not able to play the add on. I accidentally downloaded the compatibility first, but deleted it afterwards. When I load
the game, it gives me a prompt saying something like... "Downloadable content was either downloaded on a different console or a different profile, or it cannot be used in the game." I called Microsoft support, and after countless different things it did not
fix. I recently bought a new xbox due to my old one breaking, and this is the first dlc I've installed on this xbox. The methods that I did to try and fix it were clearing the cache, redownloading it out of the history, changing the license of the hard drive,
deleting the compatibility thing. The compatibility patch comes back up whenever I try to download the actual dlc, but the dlc doesn't. Has anyone else had this issue and does anyone know a solution? I'm %100 sure I've already bought the dlc, when I go to
it on the store it says already purchased. Thank you!

My exo zombies is stil broken even after re downloading season pass compatibility pack and dlc gettin stress mp maps work but no zombies

 

Try deleting your game and then deleting your profile then re-download again. Download the profile first and then the game and dlc.
