    Can you solve my problem? I already bought Dead Space, and to download again, I got to pay... why? The same problem with Battlefield bad company 1. Dont know if there are more games with the same problem.

    this still doesnt help me as i need to let the xbox live people know that i have already payed for my xbox live membership therefor i should not need to update any payment options because i have already payed for it and should nit be charged. it says that
    i will be charged if i update the payment options

    Dear support,

    I have a Problem with downloading a already payed Game on Xbox One. I was Pay For Fallout 4 and Now i cant Download IT anywhere and in the store i have to Pay again. So what i have to Do?

    This happens when a title is de-listed and then re-listed for whatever reason. You can download it from your "Download History" without being charged.

    You can reach the download history on your console by going to System>Accounts>Download History

    I'm not brave enough to select to pay £34.79 in case it actually charges rather than telling me 'this has already been purchased do you want to download it again.'

    It seems to be the day after my Xbox updated. Is that coincidental?

    I buy something from the bazaar and my memory is damaged and still get my profile I keep having??

    if you've purchased the content in the past, you will be able to re-download it on your gamertag whenever you need it, without paying again.

    so if your USB becomes un-configured (happened to me) or your profile is damaged, you can go back to the marketplace and select it as if you were purchasing it again and it should say "Already Purchase" and you will be able to download it, free of charge
    because you already paid.
