Downloading a game on my son's x box one S and its not working

My sons is an x box one s and mine Is just the x box one. We can't sign in to either of our accounts on both consoles!

I Know it works the same way on all consoles, but for some games its only for the 'x box one enhanced' umbrella. DTS X is irrelevant because its not in games thats only for blu ray output at the moment. For example, i bought shadow of the tomb raider
on my base model x box, and atmos audio is not supported on the base model x box, on the x model only, and possible the s, not sure about that. I confirmed this in a phone call with microsoft support, which i made because i wasnt geting atomos with it. I
also confirmed this through the forums. Apparently you weren't aware that not all games with dolby atmos for x box have it enabled on all consoles, sometimes just the higher ones, unless it has changed in the last six months. I need to know if the atmos
enabled games that dont support atmos on the base model x box but support it on the x box one x, also it n the s box one s also, so i can buy one to have atmos on all available games with it. Its NOT available for all games that have atmos on the base model
x box . If you could find this out i would be very happy.

OK, before doing this. I have just checked and since clearing the cache, I have been able to download updates to the other game on my husbands X Box (Happy wars.... LOL, don't ask). I can now start to download the Wot Tanks update, it starts and then it
stops giving me the same error message. But I started to download the game before singing into X Box live. This worked for Happy wars but not WoT.

So another question, if I put the disk in my son's X Box 360 (old one), will this transfer the game history, or is this stuck on my husband's X box hard drive. I'm afraid I don;t understand how this works. Unfortunately, he has never saved it to the cloud.

I talked to the support and wie tryed to factory reset the x box but its not worked the same Problem whit my x box one x so now the series x and my one x not working anymore

As its turned out I think there may have been an issue with my sons friend having an expired Gold account rather than the X Box One X having anything to do with it.
