downloaded the update for forza horizon4 today but it still wont start

PC. I thought this was going to be fixed with this update. This problem has been going on for months.And the community that i have been chatting to about it has been locked now so we cant help each other

I can't run my forza horizon4

I Could play Forza yesterday,

But Now I can't

Also I dont have MSI Afterbuner

And i did turn off the firewall

And Microsoft Diffender

But It still wont work

What can I do

4 days ago i bought forza horizon4. when i finally dowloanded i wanted to play but there is a loading problem. when i tap forza to play window will pop up of forza and then it dissapear. i tryed everything. i check every suggestions and tryed. turn
offing every anti virus programs, updating windows. except of one. i tryed uninstalling but when i start dowloanding it started restoring data so it dowloaded in secs it was not complatelly deleted. uninstall not working someone tell me how to fix problem
or how do dellete all data.
