Downloaded movies! Frustrated

okay so I have bought movies but some of them won't play when downloaded.

I have tried every solution to try fix it it is not my storage device cause my other movies play just fine. Error code 803c0008 shows up when trying to play Tarzan, Smoke Singals, Grown Ups 2 and Resident Evil: Degeneration, but Insidious Chapter 2, The
Little Mermaid, The Land Before Time II and Alpha and Omega 2 A Howl-iday Adventure all work fine.

Download Movie - Not Able To Play

Hi,

I have rented Iron Man 3 and it all appears to have downloaded okay but when I go to "My Movies" there is no "play" icon. When checking the hard drive the movie file is the correct size (9.5gb) but states "incomplete data" with an explanation mark against
it. I deleted the file and tried again with the same result. I then deleted the file and cleared my system cache, same result. I deleted the file and deleted my purchase history and was charged again and
STILL the same result and now very frustrated.

This is the second issue I have had with the last two movies I have downloaded.

Any assistance is appreciated.

All purchases with Xbox video have disappeared...

I have the same problem. I can't even purchase anything new anymore. All my movies and tv shows are gone :-( So frustrated!!!

The error code you listed suggests the license for the movies is either corrupted or missing.

I am getting the same problem here like everyone else.

TV & Movies started off slow and the freezing and now nothing, nothing weong with the server, tried everyones methods, no luck with support.

My download movies i paid fir have gone

Im now looking at PS4, xbox is becoming frustrating.

I am also very frustrated with this. There is no notice in the store that downloading will not be an option. Thus, I had to suffer through buffering and down res while watching my movie. I will be complaining formally and may raise this with the FTC.

I bought the same movie. I didn't realize it was pre-order. I tried to play it and it says content unavailable with that code 80070002. All the extras popped up. Very frustrating.

plus the movie is already out on dvd and bluray

Today was release date for digital download. DVD and Blu-ray is March 7th

Have you found a solutuon for this yet? I have the same problem, I bought a movie and it was fine... Bumped the controller on the floor and now audio description is on and i can't get it off, not even the agents in the help desk can figure it out. Frustrated
