    Downloaded Joyride turbo can't play.


    I downloaded Joyride Turbo on the master account on the Xbox for my kids. Have a $10.91 charge from Microsoft on my account.. game was 9.99.. it is installed on the console but when try to play it, it makes you download the player profile.. after downloading
    each player profile on the Xbox, it still will not allow anyone to play it says the profile can't be found. I'm logged in to my Microsoft account and it still isnt shown in the "my games" section.. not sure why i paid for it, it downloaded to the console but
    yet Microsoft thinks i dont own the game.. help or refund my money?

    I got the message in my messages box that i was one of the lucky gold members to receive a free copy of joyride turbo scrolled down to the code saw the code went to get my laptop and started to get set up and poof the whole message was gone!
