Downloaded games running poorly.

Hello, I've had this problem for years and I don't see (haven't looked THAT hard) a direct information set that addresses, why downloaded Xbox one games have much high error incidence than disc games? Currently, I am dealing with Dowloaded FIFA 16 and
when I attempt to search for an online game I receive the error, "There were no opponents found. Please try your search again later". So I've researched that error language and I get *** about how your "so and so" setting in you Network Settings needs to be
set to "Open", which mine already was. So I tried restarting the console by holding the power icon (overkill), accomplished with restarting the game, but that would correct the problem. If the saved game I am playing is not fully restarted the game does not
work correctly. This similar experience happened on CODAW and ESOL. Please let me know solutions, thoughts, and scenarios concerning this problem.

Fallout 4 Xbox One

I always find it strange when gamers assume it’s there console/hard drive at fault when a poorly optimised game runs badly, this is such a common occurrence in games and always will be. Taking the aforementioned Skyrim that was unplayable on PS3 back in the day, I remember Xbox had the expansions and they had to keep delaying them on PS3 as they couldn’t even get them running at all on the Sony machine.

 

Don't really understand the Fallout 4 graphics criticism...

Would either of those engines be able to run a game like Fallout? I'm not being snarky, I just can't think of anything on the scope. Maybe Rage comes close, but I don't think that offers a world compared to Fallout. It is possible those engines would run just as poorly if they tried to make them do the same thing.

 

Well you could try deleting your profile off of the console and re-download it. You can do this by going to the settings menu and click remove account and then select your account and voila, I recommend after doing this to restart the console before the
next step. Now after rebooting the console go to add remove accounts and go through the process of typing email and password and so forth and now see what happens when you try to play a game hopefully it should help. To give a brief explanation of what this
does is it refreshes the licenses associated with your account which can get corrupted over time and can lead to several issues and possible performance issues. Here's a link for more information on adding and removing accounts:

If my above suggestion does not work, it's possible your Xbox One's OS might be corrupted and needs to be reinstalled, there's only one way to do this and that's by way of a factory default reset. PLEASE READ THIS LINK ENTIRELY BEFORE ATTEMPTING THIS!

I would suggest power cycling, but since it seems you have done several methods to try and troubleshoot this issue I'm not sure what else to suggest other than seeing if Xbox customer support might have other methods of troubleshooting or the possibility
