Downloaded games - Corrupted Files

I have been trying for the past week to install Gears of War 1 and 3, OF: Dragon Rising from the store and after they finish downloading they all end up as corrupted file and I cannot see them in My Games. I tried reinstalling them, restarting console, cleared
the cache, restarting router. didn't go for a full format yet.

Can anyone clue me in on what I have to do next?

hey there texas p3te, corruption on a memory unit can cause all sorts of different issues. try using a different memory unit or maybe make some more room on the one you have to try and eliminate the corruption.

I would suggest you to try deleting the corrupted data, clear your system cache (here how:

support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache), and re-download the game.

Edit: I also did the format for my Hard Drive and so far same issue.

Delete it and clear your system cache , then down loaded it again . If that fails call xbox support .

Hello,

What your experiencing is a region mismatch problem. This occurs on some downloadable content when the LIVE account is registered in a region where LIVE is not available or the content differs in your region. Since LIVE is available in your current region (Spain)
you will need to make a LIVE account for that region.

The reason you are encountering this 99% downloaded and then "Cannot download" is a direct cause of the region conflict. It's not possible to know what content will be region dependent on LIVE (this is why they ask all customers to create accounts in regions
where the reside).

Unfortunately there is no way to fix this issue and it's unlikely a refund will be given (especially since you are in another region where LIVE is readily available). Please know that in the future you may also encounter this error with another piece of downloadable
content so it's highly recommended that you make an account in your direct region (Spain).
