    Downloaded games completely disappearing?


    yeah I had the game Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 purchased and downloaded, never deleted it and played it just a few weeks ago and i go to play it today and it's gone, i go to redownload it and it says to buy it for $59.99?????

    i go to my download history and it's not there either, yet the mappack and dlc I bought are still there

    I am 350,000% that I freaking paid for the game and had it downloaded

    and I don't know what to do about this problem now, i've never had it happen before, and a friend had a game disappear on him yesterday but he could re download it.

    I'm just seriously upset and confused because i'm not paying for a game I already had.

    Your profile was not completely downloaded.

    Did you just have an Xbox One console like it was brand new and it was just recently when you stopped playing with an Xbox 360 console?

    My account has been downloaded onto a Xbox One, however whenever I try and go on games that need Xbox Live it says, your profile was not completely downloaded. Please download it again from Xbox Live.

    I don’t know how to do this, but it’s been like this for a month now and need it fixed. I have Xbox gold, and I’ve been charged for it this month. So would like to use it. I have deleted the account from the Xbox and put it back on again but that didn’t

    Sorry to hear it. Is it possible that the game was purchased from a different gamertag? If so then you would need to access the Download History from that tag. You can double check past purchases from commerce.microsoft.com

    As for the disappearing game is it also possible that a friend or someone who lives in your house deleted the game from the hard drive?

    Sorry to hear it. Is it possible that the game was purchased from a different gamertag? If so then you would need to access the Download History from that tag. You can double check past purchases from commerce.microsoft.com

    As for the disappearing game is it also possible that a friend or someone who lives in your house deleted the game from the hard drive?

    And I might have forgotten to mention I also got an enail from Xbox saying that I have purchased Oblivion for $29.99

    I'm sure that I got no add ons becasue 1. In download history it has Oblivion, no add ons. 2. If I did buy and add on I would need msp which I'm pretty much empty on. and 3. The credit card history says you bought an item for $30 on the Xbox Live Marketplace.
    Though thats the problem it is not appearing in the full games section. I even checked the memory of my Xbox and it says you have a game about 6 GB that is downloading (Incomplete) and Oblivion is also around 6 GB. Everything says I have bought and downloadede
    Oblivion but the Game Library won't show it.

    Are you sure you purchased the game itself and not an expansion or add-on? Go to your Game Library and select "Full Games" from the list. Does it show up here at all?
