    Downloaded games are choppy, pixelated and sometimes freeze on my Xbox One.


    Games download fine, load fine, but then when they come on, there are black bars that flash all over the screen for a fraction of a second each, like pieces of the games are missing. Some games, eventually will give a loud stuttering noise, freeze and
    restart the console. Any ideas?

    Xbox One 3D Blu ray playback terrible

    I downloaded the blu ray update today, 34mb, and all went well, put in a 3d movie, played but has no voices, has 4 sections from top to bottom of different shades of colors. It is all pixelated and very choppy?

    Any ideas guys?

    Hulu Plus & Netflix Unresponsive

    I have the exact same problem, especially with Netflix. They also work fine on my computer but then on the Xbox One Hulu sometimes doesn't load any videos, on Netflix it'll load them, but more than half of the time it gets choppy: the screen freezes while
    the audio keeps going. I exit and go back in, sometimes an hour later, and it still happens making the app basically unusable!

    Bummer, it's possible the console is having a hardware issue and needs to be repaired. Can you share a picture or video of what you're seeing so we can get a better look?

    Didn't fix it. Not apps, just games, and as of last night, games downloaded or with the disc.
    Bummer, it's possible the console is having a hardware issue and needs to be repaired. Can you share a picture or video of what you're seeing so we can get a better look?
