Downloaded games and different accounts

So I just got an xbox one yesterday, and originally I had problems with recovering my 360 live account. So I installed the Forza 5 (came with my xbox, no disk) on a normal account that I had to make. Now I fixed my xbox live account and recovered it on
my console but when I try to play Forza it says "do you own this game or app?" I assume that it is not letting me play it on my xbox live account because it thinks that the owner is the other account. Is there anyway I can play the game on my live account?

I couldn't find much with research but I saw something about allowing sharing and something about setting "My home Xbox." I tried something along those lines to no avail.

If you downloaded a game on a different account and you played the same game on a different account.. can you get banned for that? & also can you use gamerpictures you downloaded from a different account?

Verify your games on Ready to Install section to make sure that is there, If it's not so must contact the retailer You purchased the game, If It does not work so try to talk to Xbox Support and who knows they can help You

 

sign in your account which has activated forza 5, open Settings, Chose "home console" and activate it to enable other accounts to use all Content belonging to it.

You need to have this account present on your console as long as you want to use the game.

you can remove a gamertag from xbox one after Setting home console, this will not Change its setting.

it only will Change either when disabling home console or Setting it on a different device.
