downloaded game says its installed so cant buy it again - and its not in queue or installed?

hi I bought Minecraft mini games - it never got past the queue stage. Now it is disappeared after turning everything off. When I go to buy it again it says it is installed - but where is it? it is not in the queue, nor in the downloads and not installed?

I just cant seem to download anything from the store and get it to work.

Downloaded game--disappeared?

Yesterday, I downloaded Outlast: Whistleblower for $8.99 and after about 30 minutes it downloaded! Sounds normal right? All goes well until I go back to the queue to see that the game isn't there and isn't under installed games. But it even says installed
in the store. I really don't want to buy the game again or buy the other $17 game. What should I do?

 

Download Disappeared

I downloaded powerstar golf while it was free last month, and it appears to of downloaded fine, but its not in my games tab, when I go back to the store to try download it again, it says its installed.. I've tried a hard restart since and cant work out how
to delete it to try re-download it as i cant see it to interact with

 

Hello on this issue check under your ready to install games. If it has not showed up there try hard resetting your Xbox One. If these two steps don't work try giving Microsoft a call and they should be able to refresh your account
and it should appear. It happened to me with an xbox live code and them refreshing the account fixed everything! Hope this helps!

 

That would have been an add-on, not an actual game, so it wouldn't show under games and apps. If you highlight "Minecraft" in your Games and Apps and choose "Manage Game" you should be able to see it listed there.

 

Highlight Minecraft in your games and apps, press the start button the choose "Manage game & add-ons" you should be able to see it listed there, either under ready to install or add-ons under the installed game.
