Downloaded game not in games list

I bought Dying Light earlier but it will not show up in games so I can play it. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled and it still doesn't show up. In the app store it shows that it is installed. I tried pinning it but when I click the pin it says I need
to purchase the game, I go to purchase the game and it says downloaded. I just chatted with customer support for over and hour and that was completely useless. Anyone else have this experience??

• I downloaded this month of gold the game Dead Space 3 and it does not work already downloaded several times and not play. what should I do?

 

Xbox Account Downloading

Hello,

Clearing the Xbox 360 cache does not remove:

• Your gamertag
• Content that you have downloaded
• Game files
• Console software updates

Clearing the cache temporarily removes:

• Previously downloaded game updates. You will be prompted to download these updates again the next time you try to play the games.

Is this just Dying Light or is it "The Following"? If it's just The Following, are you sure you also own the base game? The Following is just DLC so you need to also own the base Dying Light game in order to play the DLC (and for it to be visible in My Games
& Apps too).

To illustrate what I mean, this is the full version of The Following that includes both base game and DLC:

And this is just the DLC, which is unplayable unless you also own the base game:
