    Downloaded Forza Horzion 5 Twice and keep getting 0x80073d0d error code at 100% download...


    I have tried various different methods online and as a result couldn't get it to work so I uninstalled and reinstalled the game (keeping in mind its 112 gigs!) and I've got the same error code.

    Please tell me briefly which troubleshooting steps you tried so far, in that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

    In the meantime, is the drive that you're trying to use formatted as NTFS?
    Double check this opening File explorer > my computer > Right-click on the drive > properties

    If yes, also double check if you have selected here:
    Go to windows settings > System > Storage > (advance storage settings if you're on windows 11) > Where new content is saved > under apps select the drive

    I think the plan from recent interviews with the developers of Forza and Forza Horizon is .....

    2013 - Forza 5

    2014 - Forza Horzion 2

    2015 - Forza 6

    2016 - Forza Horizon 3

    2017 - so on and so on .....

    Nothing 100% confirmed yet but I'd say this is a safe bet.

    no, it only happens with forza horizon 5 and i don't get any error code, it just cancels the download by itself
