please help!

Downloaded fifa17. Can't play it because it says it needs an update. Every time I try an update it, it tells me there's a problem. I have good wifi so I don't know what to do??

Can you please try deleting the game from your console carry out a hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds, once the console has powered down unplug it from the wall outlet for 5 minutes then plug everything back
in and then try to download the game.

Once you redeem a code, you won't need the code again. You'll be able to re-download any content from the Xbox Store or the Ready to Install section on your console. When you try to re-download the game after stopping it does it still stop at 62%?
