Hello Sales & Promotions team,

I recently had a conversation over the Microsoft Chat with an employee Goindeline S the reference number of our chat is 1419387220.

Without going to far into personal detail in an open forum would be it possible someone could please contact me via e-mail with regards to the reference number of our chat is [Mod Removed]

Multiplayer Game Magic 2013 error, no enable

I have exactly the same problem.

I have downloaded paid for keys deleted reinstalled all content packs, multiplayer, all downloadable content. I can join a friends game on invite however i cant start my own match.

How was this problem resolved???

No response

Refuse to play Power Cards. Have played in the past and won 15 keys, 15 keys, 40 keys, 40 keys and 40 keys but have never received the reward as offered. During games, obtain bingos but not recorded. Game keeps dropping out.

Reference numbers are only used by phone/chat support so forum support does not have access to that information. For proper assistance through the forums, you will need to post more details of the issues you are having.

Click downloads
Under all downloads click the game you need the key fo
Click view game key

This is assuming that you are using a downloaded version of the game.

Go into the Games for Windows Live program on your PC.
Click "Downloads"
Click on the game (Halo 2)
A drop-down will appear with "View Game Keys" at the bottom.
Click on "View Game Keys", and that will show you the CD Key.

They give you a product key because each version still requires a distribution licensed key in order to work properly. I think it also helps them track how many game downloads they have had, as well as the fact that the game while free to play, also has
download content which you need to pay for. This ensures that the download content is restricted to you and you alone, so that you cannot go and share it with friends giving them everything for free.

The product key should have been sent to you either in an email, or in your game for windows live, licensed key section of the program. If your using the Steam version, the product key will be located in your keys folder, if its needed.

Hope this helps to understand why you need a key.
