Downloadable Content Problem for FIFA 19 Ultimate Edition

I did not receive the DLC that came with the FIFA 19 Ultimate Edition bundle. I opened a chat with support and they directed me to this Community along with the following statements:

Thank you for your understanding. Upon verifying, I can check here that your license has been attached to your account and because normally, some dlc's or content of pre-ordered games has 7-10 days before it will successfully attached to your account but
since it's more than to the standard days, we need to report his with our sales and promotions team. I will be sending you the link wherein you need to post your question, they will attain to your concern within 24-72 hours and they will attached those dlc/content
on your account.

What do I need to do to get this DLC?

Fifa 19

Hello Gamers, i have a question concerning FIFA 19. I preordered the Fifa 19 Standart Edition, but i would like to have the Ultimate Edition, is it somehow possible to cancel the preorder or exchange the standart edition for the ultimate edition?

Fifa 19 Ultimate Edition content missing

Thanks for the quick reply,

I've been a FIFA fan for a while now so I get where you are coming from. I also ordered the Ultimate Edition just for those 40 packs (I really don't care for loan Neymar and CR7 as I always go for the Premier
League). I just want to clarify one thing, the game works fine but your bonus content isn't showing up? Or do you mean something else by "it is not reflecting in the game?"

Hi there,

not sure why support would direct you to this place, but you can check one thing.

Via My Games and Apps please highlight Fifa 19 and use the Menu button to select Manage game, this will show a screen where you can see if all DLC is installed or some are still showing Ready to Install, if something shows at Ready to Install then please
install any DLC showing.

If it doesn't show anything, I would advise to contact Xbox Support again via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at

It is weird for them to refer you here to Forums, where we are unable to check any purchases or licenses.

If that previously posted troubleshooting step does not help you out with the issue, you might want to refer to EA directly for that content, seeing as they are in charge of things coming up and populating from within the game.

If I were you, then I would go ahead and visit their support site at
https://help.ea.com/

Give that a shot and let us know how that helped in resolution of the issue

Hello. Thank you for the helpful replies. I, too, was surprised I was directed to the forums. I did try EA Help first and they then directed to me Microsoft. I will try "My Game and Apps" recommendation and if that doesn't work, I will call them.

I bought Ultimate edition of fifa 19 and the game loads perfectly fine and all the bonus content got downloaded as well. But it is not reflecting in the game.

I contacted EA. I did follow up them a lot.

After their investigation this what they responded.

As per investigation done by EA sports against my gamertag account.

it seems that my FIFA 19 ultimate Edition purchase haven't get updated with my gamertag account properly.

EA provide this Case: 43539406 for Xbox live team reference.

Please refresh my gamertag account status from your end.

They asked me to provode EA Case number (43539406)to resolve this from Xbox end.

I have already talked with them and they told me that I need to contact the support of Microsoft since they cannot do anything on the xbox platform. How can I contact them?
