Download speeds really low after latest update

Im windows10 and im downloading minecraft launcher

I've updated microsoft store app a few minutes ago and it started downloading but with very very very low speed

And a few minute after downloading (Right Now) "Something happend on our end"

after changing some settings my connection improved, it's not optimal but now it's acceptable to play and watch videos, thanks everyone.

Please also do a sequential power cycle abd clear the System Cache, the first steps in clearing connection problems. The order and timing of the steps is important to success:



1) turn off the Xbox and unplug its power supply at the back then

2) unplug power from the Motorola.

3) Wait at least 5 minutes then replug the Motorola power.

4) Wait 'til the light on the front of the Motorola which says ONLINE is on solid (not flashing), then plug in the Xbox and turn it on.

5) From the Home Page, tap the silver Xbox Guide button on the controller, go 2 clicks right to Settings, pick System Settings.

6) Select Storage (or Memory if Storage).

7) Move over any hard drive or memory unit (not the Cloud) & press (Y) on your controller & pick Clear System Cache.

8) When asked to confirm storage device maintenance, choose Yes.

If its the same on your PS3 is suggests an ISP issue, they could be throttling based on the type of traffic (gaming). To be honest if it isn't affecting you I wouldn't bother too much about it, if your gaming works ok it might just be a blip
