Download speed shown in queue not accurate

450Mbps (Megabits per second) is not 450MB (Megabytes per second)

the download rate is correct.

450Mbps is 56.25MBps and your 31.8GB (1024 Megabytes in a Gigabyte) game will take approx. 9 minutes to download.

Bandwidth will be constrained and download time will increase during activities such as streaming content, playing games, or game streaming from your Xbox to a Windows device. I think you may have got your 'Megabits' and your 'Megabytes' mixed up, easy enough to do. Xbox One shows download speed in Megabits, (Mb/s) not Megabytes (MB/s)

At 30 Mb/s it would take about 1 minute 30 seconds to download 300 Megabytes. And a 5GB download would take about 25 minutes.
