    I'm having this problem for 1 month, to download my profile, I've even tried to change the password but it did not solve. I have already checked your email are the same as the profile and also nothing. I tested the Xbox but it did not solve anything. Need
    help.

    Go to Social --> Sign In or Out --> Download Profile. Then enter your Microsoft Account credentials (email and password).

    You will need to enter the credentials you used to sign up.Hit your xbox button on your controller, up on d pad, left until you get to profile and press A. Enter the credentials you used to sign up for the service. Hope this helps!
