    This is on the Windows 10 xbox app. The forza app doesn't show up in files, clicking resume on the download does nothing, it's stuck at 10%. Tried making a new xbox account, doesn't change anything, clicked repair app in the xbox settings. Then clicked reset, changed nothing. Can't find any info about this problem. nothing has fixed it. unable to remove the forza icon from the "my games" tab

    First, welcome to the Xbox community. Could you tell if your windows are updated to the latest version?

    To verify this, please use the instructions below.

    Select the Start button and then go to Settings > Update and Security > Windows Update.
    The most recent version is 21H2, see if it's by going to the windows settings, system option, about tab.

    - If you are up to date try the solution below, please.

    Remove your Xbox app account from your PC and Microsoft Store, search for the term ''WSRESET'' in the windows search bar, run as administrator, wait for the window that opens to close automatically, and restart your PC.

    Add your account back to the apps.

    no, it only happens with forza horizon 5 and i don't get any error code, it just cancels the download by itself

    Why I cannot install Forza Horizon 4

    Thanks for the response, it seems to force me to download "Forza Horizon 4" first. When I click pause it's download and then try to start download on "Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition" it stays at "Downloading" and starts Downloading process of "Forza Horizon 4". I also tried logging into my account on different computer which worked.

    A common problem which sometimes is easy to fix. Your best bet would be to delete the game, then download 1 or 2 demos that are the same size as forza horizon (Your talking about 5 or 6GB). Once the demos have finished downloading, then redownload forza
    horizon. The reason to do this is so Forza Horizon is installed to a different part of your hard drive. Which then will hopefully fix your problem.
