Download of FM6 and 7 no longer working

Discus and support Download of FM6 and 7 no longer working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi, I have both FH6 & 7 as downloads, but neither now work. 6 i recieved with my old console and 7 through work.     I am unable to complete the one time free purchase for the cars in the car packs. Why?

    Well recently I purchased a version of the game included the FM6 top gear car pack, FM6 eBay Motors car pack, FM6 Porsche expansion, FM6 NASCAR expansion, FM 6 Mobil 1 car pack, Forza Motorsport 6 VIP, Forza Motorsport 6 10 year anniversary car pack, FM6
    Polo red car pack, FM6 Meguiar's car pack, FM6 Logitech car pack, FM6 fast and furious car pack, Forza motorsport 6 car pass, FM6 Alpinestars car pack, FM6 2016 Mazda forza MX-5. If I remember correctly it was called the platinum edition and was only available
    for a short time on the Xbox marketplace. I so far have only been able to access the Porsche and NASCAR expansions. All of the other car packs will not let me complete the one time free addition of the cars to my garage. Does anyone have any idea why this
    might be happening?

    Go to Explore Games and Content > Game Demos > Battlefield 3

    Download will begin without an issue.

    The only Forza games I play are H3, FM7 and FM6 and like you both my brother and I haven't had the rewards in three weeks but FM6 the rewards are there. all i hope is that we might get a lot of credits when they get the problem fixed

    forza 6 own recording couldn't be viewed

    the livechat suggested a complete kill of the profile on the box and it didn't change anything after new account and syncing fm6...it's still not working...

    tested today a new record and that works well...don't know whats wrong with the other one...
