Download of Downloadable Collections does not work any more

Hello,

I played the game quite a long time ( about 2 Years) and downloaded some "Downloadable Collections".

Since an update 3 month ago, the game language changed the language from german to english and it is no more possible to download new Collections. The Collections are "bought" by games points. After clicking the download button, the progress bar appears,
but shows no progress. (Network connection is ok, Connection to XBOX-Account is possible)

The Problem is descibed in this diskussion, too:

Classic Jigsaw Puzzle paid for with "gold bars" is not downloading.

Please check and fix the problem,

Hey there!

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your Jigsaw collections. If you haven't yet, the first step you'll want to take is restarting your Windows 10 PC. If that doesn't help, go ahead and try

reinstalling Microsoft Jigsaw.

Let us know if either of those help at all!

I have the same problem. I have had only 4 Jigsaw Jam collections since I downloaded the game at least a year ago and do not have the option to download any more. I enjoy the game and would like more collections.

downloading and re-downloading everything might work for some but it does not work for all. any more ideas? i followed all instructions but i still spawn without guns and my xbox constantly locks up.

I don't think it's available on the marketplace any more, it does work if you downloaded while it was there. Though, you'll need to change the date to months back for it to work again.
