    As seen in below picture nothing is downloading after 18% within Xbox Games Pass and within the app it is stuck here. Please help me.

    Same, games recently downloaded on Ultimate Game Pass aren't working for me (Halo 5, Halo MCC, Hue, PES2019) with that same error code, but older downloaded games are working.

    Downloading is garbage

    It took me 18 hours to download and install Halo The MCC collection, had it been on PS4 I'd still be downloading it. Xbox One is not as fast as I would like, but it's still a lot faster and a huge improvement compared to my PS4.

    Download from live stopped in 39%

    The download itself is extremely slow. It took me 3 hours to download and I have 50mbps down. Plus its also happening to halo MCC now. If your download gets stuck guys just pause it. Then unpause it. No need to restart the whole download

    Halo MCC download stuck

    Hey I was experiencing the same thing. Try holding down the power button on the xbox until it turns off. Then unplug it from the wall (must be plugged into wall otherwise it would cause more issues) and leave it for 5 minutes until the light on the brick
    turns off. Once it's off plug it back in and resume the download. Hope this helps!
