Download Movies before changing account region

Unfortunately there isn't an option to download your movies on an Xbox One, they are stream only. Due to region availability some moves may not be available in the US. If you're concerned about purchases you have made I recommend reaching out to

It is probably because you changed regions before the download was completed. Now that you have changed regions, the system more than likely not allowing it because you aren't in the US where it was purchased or using a US account to download it.

Hello, if you change your account region and your Xbox region is the same as before then it will not work. You must change your Xbox reigion setting if you have changed your account setting as it will not let you use your local currency if you have not changed
it as well as downloading games in that region.

The game is region locked. So your account region and physical location have to match in order to download the game. If you changed your region to a region that doesn't match your location, then it won't download.

Migrating your region affects some of the content you previously downloaded. It warns you to make sure everything is downloaded before you migrate because you will run into region issues when trying to download some content.
