Download Kinectimals

Hi support,

I have problem, I buy and try to download Kinectimals, and it always stops on 79% of download, I also buy Fifa 2015 and it's working fine so I suppose that this is not connected with your errors on system. Problem is when stops on 79% I see in download
history Play Now or Download again, but on Play Now nothing is happening and I don't see that game in my games.

Can you please help. what to do ?

Kinectimals

So, how come Kinectimals isn't backwards compatible? It's such a fun game!! I love the little cats and the mini games. Is there any way it could become backwards compatible in the future? I love the game.

 

Kinectimals downloaded : where is the bears ?

I just downloaded Kinectimals. When I click to the link, the first page present Kinectimals whit bears, but when I purchase for download, the version is without, the bears. I must purchase 1200 points again for the bears.

My daughter want the bears !!!!

Sorry to hear it. Which country do you physically live in and is your gamertag set to the same country? The issue you described suggests region issues that usually only happen if your gamertag is set for a different country than you live in.

 

I live in Croatia, I don't know what is the location of my gamertag, where can I find that ?

What to do than, because I think that Croatia is not in supported Countries.

 

Can somebody help me with this, I try to change location and still is the same problem.

Sorry it took so long to reply to you. It sounds like you live in Croatia. As this is not an officially supported country you seem to have set your gamertag to a different region. Unfortunately not all content is supported for downloading to other regions
due to IP blocking. If you cannot download items then there is no workaround.

 

Is it possible to get money back ?

How can I know which one I can download and which one not ?

That's going to be something I cannot answer. Seeing as there is not an official support number for Croatia you'll need to speak with chat support about this (not Ambassador support). They may be able to help you out.

As for knowing which games are available for download no one really knows for sure what is or is not available for download through different ip addresses.
